Our facility covers an area of 30,000 square meters, equipped with complete and most advanced production and inspection machinery, showcasing a high level of mechanization and a 45T/h clay sand processing production line with high automation. The facility features a ZZ416B automatic vertical parting-type box-free injection molding line, blasting machines, two 3T/h cupola furnaces, two IF induction furnaces, and a duplexing smelting automatic casting machine, along with two feed-through shot blast systems. In addition, we utilize BRUKER spectrometers, WES-300 digital display hydraulic universal testing machines, molding sand performance testing machinery, machining centers, ten CNC lathes, a universal miller, and a milling and drilling machine. We have 2 Disa casting lines, 3 Enamel lines, and 1 Vegetable oil line to ensure that all products fully meet the requirements of our customers. Our operations have been certified by ISO9001, SGS, FDA, and KFDA.
