Our factory was built in 2005 and moved to a new factory base in 2018 with a total area of 17,000 square meters. The office building and production floor of the new headquarters are equipped with intelligent automation systems to maximize productivity. Monthly production capacity ranges from 20,000 to 50,000 pcs. With the introduction of a fully automatic equipment production line in 2023, the production scale can reach 1 titanium cup every 6 minutes.
The factory production line is systematically divided into raw material preparation area, processing area, assembly area, and packaging area. The raw material preparation area is equipped with semi-automatic equipment and storage bins; the processing area features fully automated and semi-automated drawing machines, CNC machine tools, and mold processing equipment; the assembly area runs with assembly line equipment and manual assembly workbenches; and the packaging area handles final packing manually.
