What are the delivery and shipping details?
For small items, we can send them by DHL, UPS, China post, and airfreight. For bulk orders, sea shipping with a reasonable price is recommended to save on shipping charges. Customs clearance documents will be prepared promptly after container loading.

We strictly follow the manufacturing standards of the H.A.C.C.P system. To ensure a longer service lifetime, key parts are sourced from professional brands. Every item is checked carefully before loading, and inspection & loading pictures will be sent to you.
What are your warranty terms?
We provide a 1-year warranty. Since implementing a warranty policy can be difficult once the goods leave China, we recommend purchasing key spare parts to ensure a longer and uninterrupted service lifetime.
Do you offer design and consult services for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and hotels?
Yes, with more than 10 years of experience in the foodservice and hospitality industry, we can assist you in designing and opening your facility. Upon receiving your building layout, we provide professional CAD plans and M&E drawings for electricity and plumbing.
