2. Can I order samples? How soon can I receive them? Can I order customized samples?
Yes, you can order both regular and customized samples. For in-stock samples with our own design, you can receive them within 1 week. For customized samples, it may take a bit longer, depending on the complexity of the design, but typically within 2-3 weeks.
3. Can you accept OEM or ODM orders?
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services. Please send us your design, and we will collaborate with our professional designers to provide you with a solution.
4. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% T/T deposit before production, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
